At Trtl Travel US, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your travel gear, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your receipt to track your refund status.
